Abdul Razak Holdings was established on 5th October 1978 by the family of Allahyarham 
Pehin Orang Kaya Laksmana Haji  Awang Abdul Razak. 

The Company is presently headed by  Dato Paduka Haji Awang Abdul Hapidz bin
 Pehin Orang Kaya  Laksmana Hj Awg Abdul Razak. Dato Hapidz  was the
 Presidency  of the Malay Brunei Darussalam Malay Chamber of Commerce 
and  Industry from 1964 to the year 1999.  

The Primary activities of Abdul Razak Holdings(ARH) are the  property 
development and hotel operation.

 In the field of property development,  ARH is one of the biggest private property 
developer in  Brunei Darussalam, Having built commercial and residential  
properties totalling approximately 2.2 million sq ft.
