Strategy and Positioning
The Mall, Gadong is primed to bring shoppers into
a new level of retail sophistication. Carefully arrayed from ground
floor to the third floor are 150 well-design shop units. The shops
positioned for optimum visibility on the part of the retailers and
maximum browsability on the part of the shoppers. Shops units on the
ground floor will have covered frontage for shoppers and front the
inside main concourse. On the First Floor, shoplots are served by
circumnavigating balconies so the the shops have double frontage.
